In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "sz999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the sz999 platform, operating under an internationally recognized gaming license.
• "Platform" means the sz999 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any software applications provided by sz999.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the sz999 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by and for an individual User on the sz999 Platform.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a User's sz999 Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings as applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a User's Wallet comprising deposited funds and cash winnings, excluding active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin value, or match bonus amounts credited to an Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the turnover obligation expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x) that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by sz999 in compliance with its licensing obligations, requiring submission of valid government-issued identification.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is self-excluded from the Platform, or is otherwise ineligible to use the sz999 Platform under these Terms or applicable law.

By accessing or using any part of the sz999 Platform — including browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any casino game, or requesting a withdrawal — you conclusively confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the sz999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the sz999 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

To register and use the sz999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The sz999 Platform is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a Prohibited User as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the sz999 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform for personal recreational use only — commercial use, resale of access, or operation of the Platform for the benefit of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You must be the registered holder of the payment method used to deposit funds into your sz999 Account. Depositing via payment methods registered to another individual is prohibited.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the sz999 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their country or jurisdiction of residence. sz999 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify this independently before registering an Account.

To access the full functionality of the sz999 Platform, including deposits, game play, and withdrawals, you are required to create a registered Account. The following terms govern Account registration and ongoing KYC compliance.

• You may create only one Account per person. Multiple accounts, whether created using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, name, or contact details — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or permit third-party use of your sz999 Account under any circumstances.

sz999 is required by its international gaming license to conduct identity verification (KYC) for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC may also be triggered at any point during your use of the Platform at sz999's discretion for compliance purposes.

• Acceptable primary identification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Additional documentation — including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation — may be required for accounts transacting above defined thresholds.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the KYC request communication will have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed. Play may continue at sz999's discretion during the KYC period.
• All KYC documents submitted to sz999 are processed in accordance with the sz999 Privacy Policy.

• All deposits to sz999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fee is applied by sz999 to PKR transactions. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside sz999's control.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 across all accepted payment methods.
• Accepted deposit methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. sz999 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without advance notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited funds.

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawals are conditional on completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• sz999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business hour depending on banking hours.
• sz999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds as required by its licensing obligations.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the Real Money Balance portion of your Wallet is available for withdrawal at any time.

sz999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail with respect to that specific offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Certain bonuses (such as welcome bonuses) are restricted to first-time depositors. Eligibility criteria are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your Account Wallet and are subject to Wagering Requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not met Wagering Requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion between users, exploiting technical errors, matched betting using bonuses, and any systematic behaviour designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements — is strictly prohibited and results in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• sz999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without advance notice, subject to fulfilling obligations already accepted by users.

By placing bets or accessing any casino game on the sz999 Platform, you accept the following rules governing game play and sports betting:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Gambling involves risk of loss and there is no guarantee of winning. sz999 provides certified and fair games — it does not influence or guarantee outcomes.
• Bets are final once confirmed. sz999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except as required by applicable rules governing voided sporting events or game malfunctions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during game play, sz999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to affected accounts. Winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are not payable and will be reversed.
• sz999 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of exploitation of a pricing error, participation in collusive behavior, or use of automated betting tools or bots.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game and betting market. sz999 reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to any account at its discretion.
• All cricket betting markets — including PSL markets, Pakistan international matches, and bilateral series — are governed by the standard sports betting rules published in the sz999 Sportsbook Rules document, accessible within your account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sz999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the sz999 Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false identities.
• Money laundering: Using the sz999 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Fraud: Providing false identification, chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or any other fraudulent activity directed at sz999 or other users.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets or interact with games.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or sports betting market.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have knowledge of, or influence over, the outcome of that event.
• Hacking or platform interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to sz999 systems, alter game outcomes, or interfere with other users' accounts.

sz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargeback initiated by the Account holder against a deposit transaction.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requested by the Account holder.
• Mandatory exclusion applied by sz999 under its responsible gaming obligations.
• Account inactivity in excess of 24 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon Account closure for reasons other than confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Account holder via the last verified payment method on file, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are not returned upon Account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

sz999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable users, including those who may be at risk of developing gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all sz999 account holders and can be activated from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your sz999 Account. Increases to deposit limits take effect only after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you may incur within a defined time period. Loss limit reductions take immediate effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when approaching your limit.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and activity summary.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the sz999 Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the sz999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface designs, and data compilations — is the property of sz999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sz999 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any sz999 content without prior written consent from sz999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sz999's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sz999 Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sz999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the form of the claim and even if sz999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sz999 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including network outages, server failures, banking system disruptions, natural disasters, or acts of government authorities.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data submitted by users in connection with their sz999 Accounts is governed by the sz999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By creating an Account and using the sz999 Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where separately consented to).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sz999 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through sz999's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to the dispute resolution body specified by sz999's licensing authority.

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint in writing to the sz999 support team via the contact email. sz999 commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and issuing a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of sz999's internal complaint response, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body associated with sz999's gaming license.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Authority: In the event that the dispute resolution body is unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you retain the right to report the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority.

sz999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sz999 will notify registered users by displaying a notice on the Platform and, where required by the licensing authority, by email notification to your registered address.

Amendments take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice, which will be no less than 14 days after notification for material changes. Your continued use of the sz999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
